We never use your data to send you third-party advertising.

Processing is based on the performance of the contractual relationship you accept when registering, on your consent and on the legitimate interest in keeping the portal secure and working properly.

Who can see your information

Professional profiles are only visible to registered studios. Applications are visible to the studio that posted the job and to the CoolTattooJobs team. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

While your account remains active and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law. You can request the deletion of your account at any time using the contact details in the footer.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact details in the footer. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
