Purpose of the service
CoolTattooJobs is a job board that connects tattoo and body modification studios with professionals in the industry. The portal acts as a technology intermediary and is not part of the employment or commercial relationship the parties may agree.
Registration and accounts
To post a job or apply to one you need to create an account and choose whether you act as a studio or as a professional. You must be of legal age and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the use of your login credentials.
Studio profiles
When a studio profile already exists on the portal, the person claiming it declares that they are authorised to manage it on behalf of the studio and is responsible for the accuracy of that statement.
Job posts
Posting jobs is free. Job posts must describe a real position with lawful conditions and may not include discriminatory, misleading or pyramid scheme content. We reserve the right to remove posts that do not comply with these conditions.
Prohibited use
You may not use the portal for unlawful purposes, impersonate third parties, scrape data at scale, publish offensive content or attempt to disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
The brand, design and code of the portal belong to their owners. The content you publish (profiles, job posts, images) remains yours and you authorise us to display it on the portal while your account is active.
Liability
We work to keep the information and the service up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of content published by users nor that a hiring will actually take place between a studio and a professional.
Account suspension
We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these conditions, that include false information or that harm the operation of the portal.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts and tribunals that apply under the applicable consumer regulations.
